Chris-Craft Awarded NMMA's CSI Awards for 2023

150-year-old Builder Earns CSI Award for Each of its Competing Product Segments

Sarasota, Fla., February 15^th, 2024 – Chris-Craft, America’s Boatbuilder Since 1874 and wholly owned subsidiary of Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO), is proud to announce it has once again been awarded the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) annual Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The esteemed boatbuilder earned the recognition in both product segments in which it competes: Sterndrive Bowrider Boats and Fiberglass Outboard Boats.

The NMMA’s CSI Awards recognize manufacturers who achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. This achievement reflects Chris-Craft’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences both on and off the water.

This marks 16 consecutive years of Chris-Craft receiving a CSI Award. The NMMA’s CSI Awards are widely regarded as the benchmark for customer satisfaction in the marine industry.

Members of the Chris-Craft team happily accepted the awards at the Innovation Breakfast during the 2024 Miami International Boat Show on Thursday, February 15^th.

The CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Awards were received based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1st, 2023, and December 31st, 2023. An independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year was achieved for each award segment.
